This website has been created and is managed by Rosenfeld Group, Inc., a travel agency in Chicago. Rick Rosenfeld, the agency owner, is also the director of the Chicago Chapter of Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN).

The goal of the website is to provide valuable information to all parties -- and is not intended to generate a profit for Rosenfeld Group. There were, of course, costs to develop and publicize this website. Rosenfeld Group had three options to try to recover these development costs. First, it could accept advertising. Second, it could have charged suppliers a fee to post events. This would have resulted in fewer postings and that the calendars would not be comprehensive, limiting the value of the website. Third, it could solicit one-time voluntary contributions from travel agencies and suppliers to help fund this site. This is the direction that was chosen.
